Step by step:

 

  • Create an account on the Luxury Estate portal. In case you don't have one, you can request registration through CRM: go to Properties - Export - Portal Catalog - Luxury Estate and check the option “Request registration”.

  • If necessary, set the limit of properties to be exported in the Settings option, in the Portal Catalogue.

 

  • Go to Properties - Export - Property Selection and select the properties that should be uploaded to Luxury Estate.

Luxury Estate Observations:

 

  • URLs are not shown in the property descriptions in case you have a free subscription.
     

  • Videos, Virtual Tours and any additional information about the agency are exclusive to direct clients of the portal.
     

  • The portal only accepts properties priced over 400,000 euros in Portugal, with the exception of Lisbon and Cascais, where prices accepted are from 500,000 euros.
     

  • The agency logo is only allowed if you have a paid subscription with Luxury Estate.
     

  • The CRM property feed is updated once a day (usually in the early hours of the morning). However, the portal may take longer to process it.
