Custom Details Groups – Group and Filter Related Property Features
Custom Details Groups allow you to combine multiple standard or custom property details into a single group. This improves the filtering experience when working with property listings or setting customer preferences.

Why Use Custom Details Groups?
When properties have similar but distinct features (e.g., different types of pools), filtering by each individual feature can be cumbersome. Custom Details Groups simplify this by letting you group them together and filter by the group.
Example:
A client may have the following details:
-
Pool
-
Indoor Pool
-
Heated Pool
-
Saltwater Pool
-
Communal Pool
Instead of selecting each one individually when filtering, a group like “Pool” can include all of these. Selecting the group will return all properties with any of the included features.
