Why Don't All Properties Have an Exact Location?

In some cases, CASAFARI may not be able to display the exact location of a property. This is due to the limitations of the data provided and missing catastral reference.

🔍 How Property Locations Are Identified
CASAFARI uses a combination of available data from listing websites to determine the property’s location. This includes:

  • 📍 Location Field: If explicitly provided by the source
  • 📝 Title: Often contains area or neighborhood details
  • 🗺️ Coordinates: Used when available for pinpoint accuracy
  • 📖 Description: CASAFARI scans for mentions of areas, landmarks, or street names

⚠️ Note that the exact location can only be emitted by the catastral reference of a property.

⚠️ Why Some Properties Lack Precision
When a source website does not include detailed location data—or uses vague descriptions—CASAFARI may not be able to determine the exact address or coordinates. In such cases, we show the closest possible estimate based on the available information.

💡 Tip:
When searching, consider using filters like city, district, or neighborhood to narrow results even if exact map markers are not shown.
