This is due to the limitations of the data provided and missing catastral reference. **🔍 How Property Locations Are Identified** CASAFARI uses a combination of available data from listing websites to determine the property’s location. This includes: - 📍 Location Field: If explicitly provided by the source - 📝 Title: Often contains area or neighborhood details - 🗺️ Coordinates: Used when available for pinpoint accuracy - 📖 Description: CASAFARI scans for mentions of areas, landmarks, or street names **⚠️ Note that the exact location can only be emitted by the catastral reference of a property.** --- **⚠️ Why Some Properties Lack Precision** When a source website does not include detailed location data—or uses vague descriptions—CASAFARI may not be able to determine the exact address or coordinates. In such cases, we show the closest possible estimate based on the available information. --- **💡 Tip:** When searching, consider using filters like city, district, or neighborhood to narrow results even if exact map markers are not shown. --- **📩 Need Help?** If you believe a listing should display a precise location or if you have questions about location accuracy, contact our support team at: support@casafari.com - [Account & Setup](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/account-setup?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Account management](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/account-setup?hsLang=en#account-management) - [Account Security](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/account-setup?hsLang=en#account-security) - [Billing](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/account-setup?hsLang=en#billing) - [Branding](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/account-setup?hsLang=en#branding) - [Help & Resources](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/account-setup?hsLang=en#help-resources) - [CASAFARI Tools](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Property Sourcing](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#property-sourcing) - [Property Page](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#property-page) - [Alerts](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#alerts) - [Favorites](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#favorites) - [Valuations & Market Study (CMA)](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#valuations-market-study-cma) - [Market Analytics](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#market-analytics) - [CASAFARI Connect](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#casafari-connect) - [LeadFlow](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#leadflow) - [Lead Magnet](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#lead-magnet) - [Chrome Extension](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#chrome-extension) - [Smartlinks](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#smartlinks) - [Data issues](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/data-issues?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Updates](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/data-issues?hsLang=en#updates) - [Reports & Feedbacks](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/data-issues?hsLang=en#reports-feedbacks) [![casafari-\_x\_logo.png.pagespeed.ic.kqcnxRpO8B](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/hs-fs/hubfs/casafari-_x_logo.png.pagespeed.ic.kqcnxRpO8B.png?width=378&height=54&name=casafari-_x_logo.png.pagespeed.ic.kqcnxRpO8B.png "casafari-_x_logo.png.pagespeed.ic.kqcnxRpO8B")](https://www.casafari.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/LOGO_CASAFARI-AI_Colored.png?hsLang=en) # **Every Property, Every Detail.**   ###### Contact our [Sales Team](mailto:commercial@casafari.com).
