Why Do I See Watermarked Photos of an Agency That Is No Longer Advertising the Property?
When viewing a property in CASAFARI, you may sometimes notice watermarked photos from an agency that is no longer actively listing the property. This occurs due to how CASAFARI selects images by default.
🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your CASAFARI Account
- Go to www.casafari.com.
- Click Log in and enter your credentials.
🖼️ Step 2: Open the Property Page
- Use Property Sourcing or the Quick Search Tool to find the relevant property.
- Click on the property to access its full details page.
📷 Step 3: Understand Photo Selection Logic
By default, CASAFARI displays the photo set from the listing that has the largest number of images, regardless of:
- Whether that listing is still active
- Whether the images contain watermarks
- Which agency originally uploaded them
This ensures users see the most complete visual overview of the property.
🛠️ Step 4: Change the Photo Source (Optional)
If you prefer a different photo set (e.g., no watermark, newer photos), you can select another source manually:
- Scroll to the photo gallery on the property page.
- Below the gallery, use the photo source to choose the desired listing’s images.

- Your selected source will update the images shown in both the Smartlink and the PDF export.
💡 Tip:
To present cleaner materials to clients, always review and choose the preferred image source before sharing a property via Smartlink or PDF.
