To better understand property listings, it's important to know the difference between sold and delisted statuses.

Active Properties:

These are listings that are currently live and available on real estate platforms.

Sold Properties:

These listings have had their status explicitly marked as “sold” by agencies or platforms.
This means the property has been confirmed as sold and updated accordingly across platforms.

Delisted Properties:

These are listings that have been removed from platforms without an official status change to “sold.”
They may no longer appear online, but haven't been updated to reflect a sale.

Important Note:

Some delisted properties may in fact be sold, but due to missing updates from the listing agency or platform, they remain marked as delisted.
