🔁 Review Your CASAFARI Renewal

Keep your subscription uninterrupted by regularly reviewing your renewal details. CASAFARI offers clear visibility on when your plan renews, how much it costs, and the terms you agreed to.

đŸ—“ïž How to Review Renewal Details

  1. Click on the "Me" menu.
  2. Select "Subscription Details".
  3. In the subscription overview, you’ll see:
  • 🗓 Next renewal date
  • 💰 Total renewal amount
  • 🔁 Auto-renewal
  • 📃 Plan type and license count

🔄 Change Your Renewal Settings

  • To adjust your subscription (e.g., change license count or cancel):
    • Contact CASAFARI via support@casafari.com at least 30 days before renewal.
  • To update billing information:
    • You must send an email to support team prior to your renewal, to make sure the invoices are updated with the new information.

📌 Tips & Reminders

  • Renewal is automatic unless previously requested otherwise, with a 30 days notice prior to its renewal date.
  • Always check your subscription before the renewal period to avoid unexpected charges.
  • Any updates made by the admin will apply to all team users.
