CASAFARI provides powerful location tools to help you better understand a property's surroundings.
You can access features such as the heatmap, time to travel, and points of interest to evaluate accessibility, convenience, and overall neighbourhood appeal.
🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your CASAFARI Account
- Go to www.casafari.com.
- Click Log in and enter your credentials.
🏠 Step 2: Open the Property Page
- Use Property Sourcing or the Quick Search Tool to locate the property you want to analyze.
- Click on the listing to open the property details page.
🗺️ Step 3: Access Location Information Tools
Below the property's history tool, you will find the location section with the following tools:
📌 Heatmap
- Helps you compare this property’s value with surrounding areas.
🚗 Similar transactions
- This will show you similar and closed transactions in the area.
🚗 Time to Travel
- Check how long it takes to travel from the property to a specific address (e.g., office, school, or city centre).
- Choose your transport method: car, bike, walking, or public transit.
🏫 Points of Interest
- Explore nearby facilities such as schools, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, hospitals, and more.
- Evaluate the property's convenience for different lifestyles.
