How to Perform a Valuation for a Specific Property in CASAFARI

CASAFARI’s Valuation tool allows you to estimate the market value of a specific property using real-time data, comparable listings, and advanced analytics.

🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your CASAFARI Account

  • Click Log in and enter your credentials.

🏠 Step 2: Access the valuation tool

  • Search for the property you want to evaluate using the valuation Tool.

📊 Step 3: Launch the Valuation Tool

  • On the valuation tool, insert the address of the desired property, then put in the property details and extra characteristics.
  • CASAFARI will begin analysing the property using its database of comparable listings and market trends.

📋 Step 4: Review the Valuation Report


1. Once the valuation is generated, you’ll see a detailed report that includes:
  • Estimated property value
  • Price range
  • Comparable properties used in the analysis
  • Price per square metre for the area

2. You can export this information as a PDF or include it in a SmartLink to share with clients or colleagues or even personalize its order and content by clicking the personalize option at the bottom of the page.

For best results, verify that the property’s key details (such as size, location, and features) are accurate before performing the valuation.
