🔧 How to Download the PDF Valuation Report (Instead of a SmartLink)

If you're trying to download a PDF version of your valuation report but only see a SmartLink, follow the steps below to ensure you're exporting it correctly.

  1. Log into CASAFARI:
     Access your CASAFARI account using your login credentials.
  2. Access the Valuation Tool:
     From your dashboard, navigate to the Valuation Tool and create your property valuation as usual.
  3. Choose Export Format:
     After completing your valuation, select the PDF option from the available export formats (PDF, SmartLink, or CSV).

  4. Selecting the SmartLink option
     On this page you can download the PDF version of your report.

  5. Download the PDF Report:
     At the top of the SmartLink page, click on "Download PDF".
    The report will be generated and sent to your registered email address.



  6. Check Your Email Inbox:
     Open your email inbox and look for the message from CASAFARI containing the PDF report. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it right away.
