How to Create SmartLinks from a Property Page

SmartLinks make it easy to share properties or collections of properties with clients and colleagues—either as a dynamic online link or a PDF document.

🏠 Share a Single Property


1. Navigate to the property page of the listing you want to share.

2. Click the Export & Share button located on the top of the page.

3. Select Share SmartLink and choose how to send it:
  • Via WhatsApp
  • Via Facebook
  • Or simply copy and paste the link to share anywhere you prefer.

Alternatively:

  • Click the PDF icon on the property page to generate a PDF brochure.
  • Save and share this PDF with your client or colleagues whenever you like.

📋 Share Multiple Properties at Once


1. Perform a property search to generate and select your results list.

2. Click the SmartLink button above the results.

3. Select Share SmartLink and choose to send it via:

  • WhatsApp
  • Facebook
  • Or copy and paste the link.

Alternatively:

  • Click Save PDF to create a PDF brochure with all selected properties.
  • Share this PDF later with your clients or colleagues.
