đź“„ How to Create a Valuation Report
CASAFARI offers a Property Valuation Tool that allows you to estimate and generate a valuation report for any property.
Follow these steps to create your customized report:
Log into CASAFARI:
Access your CASAFARI account and navigate to your user profile.
Open the Valuation Tool:
From your dashboard, select the Property Valuation Tool.
Enter Property Address:
Type in the address of the property you wish to evaluate.
Set Property Details:
Fill in the basic and advanced details of the property to ensure accuracy.
Click “Evaluate”:
Run the initial evaluation based on the information provided.
Choose Comparables:
Adjust your comparable settings and select the most relevant comparables manually, if needed.
Here, you can also add a comparable using its reference/ID, that it’s not showing up on the comparables list, but you think it makes sense to add in there.
Add Extra Characteristics:
Optionally, include any additional features or custom factors that affect valuation.
Personalize & Export Your Report:
Customize the final report format and:
- Generate it as a SmartLink
- Export it as a PDF file
- Export it as a CSV file
