[Valuations & Market Study (CMA)](https://helpcenter.casafari.com/en/knowledge-base/casafari-tools?hsLang=en#valuations-market-study-cma) # 📄 How to Create a Valuation Report ## CASAFARI offers a Property Valuation Tool that allows you to estimate and generate a valuation report for any property. - Follow these steps to create your customized report: ### **Log into CASAFARI:** Access your CASAFARI account and navigate to your user profile. ### **Open the Valuation Tool:** From your dashboard, select the **Property Valuation Tool**. ### **Enter Property Address:** Type in the **address of the property** you wish to evaluate. ### **Set Property Details:** Fill in the **basic and advanced details** of the property to ensure accuracy. ### **Click “Evaluate”:** Run the initial evaluation based on the information provided. ### **Choose Comparables:** Adjust your **comparable settings** and select the most relevant comparables manually, if needed.
