How to Cancel Your CASAFARI Subscription

If you wish to cancel your CASAFARI subscription, you can easily request cancellation through your account’s Payments section.

🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your CASAFARI Account

  • Click Log in and enter your credentials.

💶 Step 2: Go to the Payments Section

  • In the top navigation bar, click on Payments (look for the € icon).

  • You’ll be taken to a page showing your subscription details and invoices.

📤 Step 3: Request Cancellation

  • On the Invoices page, locate your current plan.
  • Click the "Request cancellation" button.

  • Your cancellation request will be submitted to our billing and account management teams for processing.

📌 Important Notes

  • Cancellations do not take effect immediately. A team member will review and confirm your request.
