- Click Log in and enter your credentials.

- Navigate to the Property Valuation section from the menu.
- In the search bar, enter the address, postcode, or cadastral reference of the property you wish to evaluate.
⚙️ Step 3: Configure the Valuation Settings
- In the "Property Valuation settings" tab, input all relevant details of the property (e.g., size, condition, features).
- Click Value to generate the analysis.
📊 Step 4: Review the Valuation Results
- Go to the "Evaluation" tab to view the estimated value range.
- Explore the list of comparables used in the analysis.
- You can manually add or remove comparables to refine the results.
🛠️ Step 5: Customize Your Report
Before generating the report, click on "Customize" to tailor the content to your client's preferences and branding.
📄 Step 6: Generate and Share the Report
Choose to download the valuation as a PDF or share it via SmartLink for a digital presentation.

Adjust the list of comparables to better reflect the property’s characteristics or market segment.
