👤 Account Setup

How do I create a CASAFARI account?
Visit casafari.com and click Sign Up. Fill in your professional details and select your country. Once submitted, our team will verify your request and grant access.

How can I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page and follow the email instructions to reset your password.

Can I update my profile information?
Yes. Go to your Me menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Edit Profile. Here you can update add/change your photo, write an “about me” section, and even add your Smartlink contact information.

🏡 Property Sourcing

What is Property Sourcing?
Property Sourcing allows you to explore listings across all major portals and off-market sources using customizable filters to match your clients' needs.

How do I filter properties in Property Sourcing?
Apply filters such as location, price, property type, status (e.g. for sale, sold, rented), and many more. Your results will update in real time.

Can I save a search?
Yes. After applying your filters, click Save Search to create a recurring alert or access the same search later.

⭐ Favourites

What are Favourites?
Favourites allow you to save and organize listings in folders for easy access and sharing later.

How do I save a listing to Favourites?
Click the star icon ⭐ next to any listing. You’ll be prompted to add it to an existing folder or create a new one.

Can I share my Favourites with clients?
Yes. Use the Smartlink icon inside a Favourites folder to share a curated list of properties, complete with customization options.

Can I organize my Favourites?
Absolutely. You can create multiple folders, rename them, and move listings between folders as needed.

💶 Property Valuation

What is Property Valuation?
CASAFARI’s Valuation tool helps you estimate the market value of a property based on real-time comparables from active, sold, and rented listings.

How do I use the Valuation tool?

Go to the Valuation tool
Enter the address or draw a location on the map
Fill in property details (type, size, condition, etc.)
Review the valuation range and the selected comparables

Can I download a Valuation report?
Yes. After completing your valuation, click Export to download a branded PDF report you can share with clients.

Can I adjust the results?
You can fine-tune your inputs and exclude or include specific comparables to refine the suggested value.

🔗 Smartlinks

What is a Smartlink?
A Smartlink is a shareable URL with selected listings. It lets you send curated property selections to clients—even if they don't have a CASAFARI account.

How do I create a Smartlink?

Go to Property Sourcing
Apply your filters
Select listings using the checkboxes
Click the Smartlink icon
Customize your link (title, language, order)
Click Create Smartlink and share the link

Can I edit a Smartlink later?
Yes. You can update the content of your Smartlink at any time. The link will remain active and updated for recipients.

📬 Alerts

What are CASAFARI Alerts?
Alerts notify you of new properties that match your saved searches, helping you act faster for your clients.

How do I set up an alert?
After applying filters in Property Sourcing, click Save Search. Then toggle on Alerts and choose the frequency (instant, daily, weekly).

Where can I manage my alerts?
Navigate to Alerts under your profile menu. From here, you can pause, edit, or delete any alert.

📊 Market Analytics

What is Market Analytics?
Market Analytics provides insight into price trends, inventory changes, and comparative data in a specific area.

Can I download Market Analytics reports?
Yes. You can export charts and tables into PDF or Excel for client presentations and internal use.

🔧 Troubleshooting

I can't see any listings—what should I do?
Check your filters to ensure they're not too restrictive. Also, confirm your internet connection and browser compatibility (we recommend Chrome or Firefox).

I found an incorrect listing—how do I report it?
Click the Report Issue button next to the listing. Our team will investigate and update the information if necessary.
