CASAFARI Connect

CASAFARI Connect is the new generation of partnerships in real estate. It allows buyer and seller agents to share commissions easily and securely, set the terms of each transaction, and accelerate sales.

Properties available for shared commissions are identified with the following icon: handshake shaped as heart

🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your CASAFARI Account

  • Click Log in and enter your credentials.

🏠 Step 2: Explore CASAFARI Connect Use Cases

Use Case 1: I have a buyer for a property that is not in my portfolio. How can I make a sharing request?

  • Find the property and check if it is available for shared commission (look for the icon), you can select the casafari connect filter as part of the search in the filter group: private/agency.

  • Open the CASAFARI property page.

  • You can make a request in two ways:

  • Click the Connect button with the casafari connect icon at the top of the page to view agencies willing to share commissions and their conditions.

  • Or, check the table of sources to see which agencies offer shared commissions and their terms.

Use Case 2: I want to make my properties available for sharing. How can I do this?

  • Complete the activation process.

  • Alternatively, contact our support team at: support@casafari.com.

✅ What Happens Next?
 When a sharing request is accepted by both parties (buyer and seller agents), CASAFARI provides all necessary information to ensure the transaction is smooth and fast.
