All matters related to invoices and payments are managed through your CASAFARI profile. Below you'll find detailed instructions for common billing actions.

🔁 How to Change Your Payment Method

To update your payment information or set up a new payment method, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your profile using your email: https://www.casafari.com/account/invoices
  2. Click on the PAY option
  3. Select your preferred payment method (Direct Debit or Credit Card)
  4. Enter your updated payment details

Your subscription will then be charged automatically according to the billing frequency defined in your contract.

To download or review your invoices or receipts:

  1. Log in to your profile: https://www.casafari.com/account/invoices, or access the Payments section from your profile
  2. Click on Download Receipt or Download Invoice as needed

  1. Log in to your profile using your email: https://www.casafari.com/account/invoices, or access the Payments section from your profile
  2. Click on the Pay option next to the pending invoice
