🚫 Access Issues – Troubleshooting Steps
If you're experiencing difficulty accessing your CASAFARI account or tools, please try the steps below to resolve common technical issues.
đź’ˇ General Troubleshooting for Desktop
We recommend the following steps to ensure optimal access:
- Disable any active VPN – VPNs can interfere with your connection to our platform.
- Use Google Chrome – CASAFARI performs best on Google Chrome.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies – Stored data can cause loading or formatting errors. Follow this Chrome support guide for help clearing cache and cookies.
- Restart your device – A full restart often resolves temporary system issues.
- Check your browser’s console for errors:
- Right-click anywhere on the CASAFARI page and select Inspect
- In the new window, click the Console tab
- Reload the page
- Take a screenshot of any errors displayed and share it with our Support Team
📱 Troubleshooting on iPad
For iPad users, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. If you’re still facing issues, please follow these steps to disable iCloud Private Relay, which may affect your access:
- Open Settings on your iPad
- Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings
- Select iCloud
- Scroll down and tap Private Relay (Beta)
- Toggle Private Relay to Off and confirm if prompted
- Exit the Settings app
Disabling Private Relay allows your real IP address to be used when browsing, which helps prevent access issues with CASAFARI.
