🗺️ What Can I Do in the Heatmap Tool?

The Heatmap is one of the three tools available within CASAFARI’s Market Analytics module. It provides a visual and data-driven overview of market activity for your selected location, property type, and time period.

đź“Ť What the Heatmap Displays

The Heatmap shows key market indicators, such as:

  • Average asking price
  • Average asking price per square meter
  • Number of listings available on the market
  • Price increases and decreases

Bonus (Spain Only):

  • For searches in the Spanish market, you’ll also see the average closing price (currently in beta as the platform continues collecting data).

🖼️ How the Data Is Displayed

You’ll see the data in two main formats:

  1. Ranking Table (Left Column):
    • Displays values per region, province, or district
    • Ordered from highest to lowest
  2. Interactive Map (Right Side):
    • Visual representation of the selected area
    • Each region is shaded in blue:
      • Darker blue = higher value
    • Click on a specific area to view its individual data
