# Learn how to improve the quality of your listings on Imovirtual

#### Imovirtual is the real estate portal of reference in Portugal, so it is important to ensure that your ads perform well and generate more results. In this article, you will learn how to improve the positioning and promotion of your adverts on Imovirtual.

 

- Photos should be a **4/3** aspect ratio and have a minimum resolution of **1024 pixels** to ensure good image quality.

 

- Upload **at least 11 photos** per listing. It is important that the images have good light and where the most valued features of the property appear.

 

- Don't forget to add **videos and/or virtual tours** to your adverts. Get the attention of potential clients with a real and immersive visit, as if they were there!

 

- The description should be **direct, inviting, and go into more depth about the property's features.** Ensure that information is included here about the areas of the various rooms, finishings, solar orientation, state of the property, surrounding area, and main accesses, among others.

 

- Indicate all the **characteristics of the property**, such as garden, garage, swimming pool, fireplace, air conditioning, number of WCs, energy certificate, year of construction, areas, among others

  

- Share, whenever possible, the **exact location** of your properties.
