How to set and share business between partners agencies

In the CRM, you can manage properties and share deals with external agencies or partners seamlessly. Below is a step-by-step guide for setting up an external agency and sharing deals directly through the CRM.

How to configure a partner agency:

Selecting a partner agency within the CRM enables the partner agency filter in the market property search on the contact profile, ensuring that all properties displayed in the results correspond to that agency.

1) In the left-hand menu, go to configuration > general data > others and select the partner agency.

2) After setting up partner agencies, you can search for properties that match the buyer profile in your contact list:

1.Fill in the buyer profile with the characteristics of the property they wish to purchase.

2.Activate the "Marketplace Properties" setting.

3.Filter the search by Partner Agency.

4.Select the properties and share the properties with your client.

External Agencies

Create a new property through external agency deals

Import a property from an external agency via a Casafari URL:

1) Click on create a new property and enter the link:

2) Save the contact information for the external agency:

A new contact of type "External Agency" will be automatically created, containing the details of the external agency for the property created. You will then need to fill in the corresponding fields in the contact details.

Creating Leads with External Agencies:

The CRM allows you to share deals with external agencies. You can create a lead linking a property from your portfolio with a client from an external agency, or, alternatively, create a lead with a buyer from your contacts and a property managed by an external agency.

To do this, simply select the agency you want to share the deal with when creating the lead.
