# How do you brand a property 'off-market' and share it only with the potential clients you want?

Do you have exclusive opportunities in your portfolio but want to promote it to only a few potential clients and leave it off your website and real estate portals?

See, in this article, how to set up an **"off-market"** property and promote it only to the potential clients you are interested in.

Select an "off market" property:

1\. Go to **Properties - List.**

2\. Select the property, go to the detail and mark it with the option **"property pre / off market"**.

To make this property not visible externally (website and real estate portals), you must leave it with the **status "Active", unselect the option "Visible on the website" and activate the option "Block export".**

Sharing "off-market" properties through Smartlinks:

1\. In the **Contacts** area, go to the **Buyers List** and select the profile.

2\. In the customer profile, indicate the characteristics of the property you are looking for.

3\. Click **Filter** the profile.

4\. In the button **"Visualize"**, select the option **"Pre / Off Market"**.

5\. Select the properties you want to share on **Smartlink.**

6\. Share the Smartlink URL directly or send it by email. The display of this type of property will be through **Smartview.**

 

 

View the list of "off the market" properties:

 

1\. Access **Properties - List.**

2\. In the option **"Columns"**, select the filter **"pre / off market"**.

3\. See the list of active properties without external visibility (website and real estate portals).

 

You can also tick or remove the **"off-market"** option for several properties at the same time.

1\. Go to the **Properties List** and select the properties you want.

2\. Then click on **"Actions"** and choose between **"Enable Off-Market"** or **"Disable Off-Market".**
